Our Executive Chef, Ryan Cusack, has been selected as one of the Top 10 Finalists in this year's Rising Star's Chef competition! Now, we need your help. Please visit the link below, and give Chef Cusack your vote. You can vote once a day for the next month. The 10 finalists will then be reduced to 6, based on total votes. From there, finalists will display their culinary techniques to a panel of experts for further judging. 6 get reduced to 3, and the winner is announced at the Albany Chef's Food & Wine Festival in January, to be held at the Crown Plaza.
